From MichaelGhali:I was wondering if anybody has or knows where I can find the rites for a new bishop's taglees. Thank you.
they have it in coptic presentations by St. George and St. Shenouda COC in New Jersey which you can find here.

the_youngest,
Thanks for the link to this website, but I don't think it has the rites for the enthronement. I may be mistaken.
Meghalo,
I'm not sure when His Grace Bishop Michael will return, but probably not before His Holiness Pope Shenouda's anniversary of being ordained a monk. I am also not sure which churches will be under his diocese, but he did establish essentially all the churches in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
On a side note, we had a group from Indianapolis over at St. Mark's in DC. We are glad to have had your youth as our guests and we hope that they had a blessed and fruitful time here.
Michael

ok hold on let's get something straight
is enthronement the same as ordination or is enthronement just making a Bishop in charge of a certain area like what happened to Anba Abakeer and the other Bishop?
what they have on the presentations is just the ordination i believe.

they are not the same. There is a special service that is done when a bishop is enthroned. it's like the welcoming of a new priest to his church (not in order of service but in concept).
